1. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
At AstroVatika, we strive to deliver the highest standard of Vedic astrological guidance and consultation services. We maintain a fair, transparent refund and cancellation policy for all our valued devotees and users.
2. Consultation Session Refunds
- Technical Interruptions: If a chat consultation is abruptly terminated due to a server disruption or verified technical glitch on our end, the unutilized session tokens or balance will be instantly re-credited to your AstroVatika wallet.
- Astrologer Unavailability: In case an astrologer is unable to connect within the scheduled window, no deduction will be made, and your balance remains untouched.
- Completed Consultations: Because astrology consultations involve the dedicated time and astrological expertise of professional practitioners, completed sessions are non-refundable once the consultation duration has concluded.
3. Wallet Balance & Recharges
Amounts recharged into your AstroVatika wallet are non-expiring and can be utilized across any astrologer consultation, horoscope service, or special Vedic ritual at your convenience.
4. How to Request a Refund or Review
To file a dispute or request a consultation review, please email our support desk at support@astrovatika.com within 48 hours of the session, citing your Registered Phone Number, Order ID, and description of the issue. Our support team reviews all requests within 24–48 business hours.
